These terms apply to Rollback, a game published by MarkDid, LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

Rollback has no account or age verification system. Parents and guardians should decide whether the game and its ads are suitable for children in their care. The app is not primarily directed to children.

Using Rollback

You may install and use the app for personal, noncommercial play, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement when you obtain it through the App Store, or Google Play's applicable terms when you obtain it through Google Play. You may not tamper with the app or its advertising or purchase systems, interfere with other users or services, or use the app unlawfully. Rollback does not offer accounts, online multiplayer, or a way to publish game content.

Ads and Remove Ads

The free app may show an interstitial ad after a game ends. Remove Ads is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The price shown by the applicable store's purchase sheet is the price charged, subject to applicable taxes and store terms. Apple or Google Play handles payment and refunds under its policies. You can use Restore Purchase in Settings to recover an eligible purchase using the same store account. If you change platforms, a purchase made through one store may not transfer to another store.

Availability and changes

We may update the app, its game features, or the ad experience. We aim to keep the app available, but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every ad or store service will be available at all times. A valid Remove Ads entitlement continues to remove ads in supported versions of the app.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as available, to the extent allowed by law. We make no promise that it will always be error free. To the extent allowed by applicable law, MarkDid, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Utah law, except where the law where you live provides mandatory protections. For support or questions, email support+rollback@markdid.dev. We may update these terms; the current version and effective date will be posted here. See our Privacy Policy.
